Service Update During Royal Mail Strikes

The Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called on their members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take national strike action. Whilst Royal Mail is working to minimise disruptions to their services, orders placed during the strike action will likely be affected by delays. We regret any disruption and delays to our deliveries this is likely to cause.

Royal Mail will continue to deliver throughout the strike action, prioritising essential services, and will be delivering as many Special Delivery and Tracked 24 parcels as possible. Delivery times, however, will not be guaranteed during the planned strike days.

We will continue to do our utmost to offer our usual high level of service and thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

General Delivery Information

We aim to despatch orders (excluding engraved pieces) placed before 2 pm Monday to Friday UK time on the same working day.
We do not currently deliver to the EU.
Our flat-rate delivery charges include postage, packing and insurance to ensure your order arrives at its destination safely and securely.
Please note that orders will not be despatched over weekends or UK bank holidays.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO BOX addresses or secure home delivery boxes at this time.
