Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be really pleased with your purchase, so our jewellery comes with a money-back guarantee. We are happy for you to return any unwanted pieces within 30 days of the order being delivered for a refund or replacement. Please note, we are able to accept returns on items, including earrings, if they are returned unworn and in their original packaging. Items that we consider to have been worn, mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited. 

Returning Your Order

  1. A returns form will be sent with your order; please complete this with any jewellery return.
  2. Attach the address label (also included with your order) to the front of your returns parcel and ensure the parcel is securely sealed
  3. Return your parcel to Kit Heath

We are only able to accept returns on items, including earrings, if they are returned unworn and in their original packaging. Please return the jewellery as it was lovingly sent to you with your packaging.

Please obtain proof of posting when returning your items. We recommend that jewellery is returned via a trackable service, e.g. Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery. We cannot refund or exchange goods we have not received.

Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt of the returned items and the original payment method will be credited with the cost of goods, less any delivery costs. It may take an additional 3-7 days to credit your account.

Exclusions

Items that we consider to have been worn (including earrings), mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited.

Due to its personalised nature, engraved jewellery is non-returnable.

Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated terms will be refunded as a credit note at the discretion of Kit Heath Ltd.

Our gift wrap service is non-refundable on any returned items.

In the event of failure to return any item to us within the time limits stated, even though validly cancelled, we reserve the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
