We want you to be really pleased with your purchase so our jewellery comes with a money back guarantee. We are happy for you to return any unwanted pieces within 14 days of the order being delivered for a refund or replacement.
Please return the jewellery as it was lovingly sent to you with your packaging.
A returns form will be sent with your order, please complete this with any jewellery return.
Earrings will be sent out in a sealed bag for hygiene reasons — a refund or replacement request will be processed if the seal is intact upon return.
Please obtain a proof of posting when returning your items. We recommend that jewellery is returned via a trackable service, eg Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery.
Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt of the returned items and the original payment credit or debit card will be credited with the cost of goods, less any delivery costs. It may take an additional 3-7 days to credit your account.
Jewellery that we consider to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited.
Due to their personalised nature, engraved jewellery is non-returnable.
Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated terms will be refunded as a credit note at the discretion of Kit Heath Ltd.
